Only Jesus

The main purpose of creating christianfaithplace.com is Jesus. I have long wanted to have a website dedicated to Him and a place to share my experiences and relationship with him. All in hope of helping others come to know Jesus too or to help those that do know him, grow closer to him and have a deeper personal relationship with him.

"Only Jesus" by Casting Crowns is my life song. As soon as I heard it, I knew God sent that song to me. My husband and I never had children. Not because we didn't want any, but it just didn't seem to be in God's plans for us. As a result, I have grown closer to Jesus. I have come to realize; it doesn't matter if I leave a legacy as all that matters is Jesus. The world was created to show God's mercy, grace and magnificence. How could I want to make a mark on this world for myself when this world doesn't belong to me? This world belongs to God.

"I don't want to leave a legacy. I don't care if they remember me. Only Jesus. I have only got one life to live. I want every second to point to Him".

I truly pray you receive a blessing from my short blogs and that you will consider sharing them as well as this site and/or Facebook page. I am not asking for me, as I do not want any glory. I ask in the name of Jesus and for His glory. Sharing with you is my way of planting seeds. Your sharing is your way of planting seeds for Him too. We can all leave a legacy for Jesus.

In this blog I'm sharing the song 'Only Jesus' and ask that you really listen to these words. Jesus is the only name to remember. Jesus is everything. He loves us all so much and all that He asks is that we love Him in return.

I'm also sharing my life verse, which a future blog or vlog will explain why this verse became my life verse.
